Stacy Carey

President

With a passion for engineering and discovery, Stacy is well positioned to lead the Midwest Associates team to deliver successful outcomes for their clients. During her career, Stacy has served progressively in process engineering, supply chain management, project management and engineering consulting roles. With Midwest Associates, she guides teams in life science, healthcare, education, and manufacturing markets to ensure Clients are delivered the facilities and systems as they were designed, and ensuring proper installation, operation and maintenance.

Stephen Jerge

Steve’s early decision to enter the Sheet Metal Workers apprenticeship and work as a machine operator directly after high school led to a lifetime of his development of highly specialized experience in testing and balancing services. Through his apprenticeship with HVAC and other sheet metal work, Steve demonstrated a natural talent for systems analytics and problem-solving. After several years of hands-on training as a technician, he tested with the National Environmental Balancing Bureau to become a Supervisor / Certified Professional in the industry. Steve has more than 20 years of field experience in sheet metal installation and air and hydronics testing and balancing. In addition, he has more than 15 years of experience in management operations, staff training, and supervision.

TAB Manager

As a TAB Certified professional, Steve leads Midwest Associates Test and Balance operations, and is focused on client satisfaction and implementation and training of industry standards and specifications. Steve’s career began with his entry into construction as a sheet metal mechanic where he developed his finely-honed technical skills, as well as his leadership and organizational expertise.

As an avid listener and problem-solver, Steve understands how to hear concerns and relate that information to appropriate solutions for clients. And, he enjoys the detailed and precise nature of coordinating, planning, executing and documenting his work.
